Thomas E. Penn, M.D., R.V.T.
Medical Director
Medical Director, Thomas E. Penn, M.D., R.V.T. , obtained his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his training at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital in 1977. Dr. Penn is certified in Vascular Surgery since 1987 by the American Board of Surgery, and obtained certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist in 1990. Relevant memberships include the Society of Vascular Technologists, the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.

The Genesee Vascular Lab technologist staff is well trained. All are Registered Vascular Technologists (RVT) through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers(ARDMS); and are members of the Society of Vascular Technology and other professional organizations
