Scheduling An Appointment

To schedule an appointment at either of our convenient offices, please call (585) 454-6610.

Although most appointments are scheduled by your physician, we realize there are times it is necessary for you to call and schedule your own appointment. You must be referred by your physician and a written requisition form is required in order for us to schedule an appointment for you.

Insurances

As a courtesy to our patients, we file all primary and secondary insurance claims.

Please bring your insurance card or information with you when you come for your appointment.

We participate with Medicare, Medicaid, most major insurance plans and local HMO's. You may check with your insurance company or call our office if you need to verify our participation.

According to your insurance guidelines, co-payments are due at the time of service.

**Note: Patients being seen at our Linden Oaks office will be billed for any
co-payments or balances due. All billing and financial transactions are handled out of our Westfall Road location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Long Will Your Appointment Take?

Although test times vary from patient to patient. Please plan on approximately one hour for your exam.

We make every effort to stay on schedule, but emergencies may arise which may cause a delay.
We will notify you when a delay is anticipated so that you will not be unduly
inconvenienced.

Test Results

All tests are reviewed and interpreted by the Medical Director, Dr. Thomas E. Penn.

Results are faxed or mailed to your referring physician within 48 hours.
Preliminary reports are called to your referring physician immediately for all emergent exams and those with significant findings.Preliminary reports are also called to your referring physician upon their request.
